Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on VAPEUAE SHOP. Please review it before placing your order.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates, including:

• Dubai
• Sharjah
• Abu Dhabi
• Ajman
• Umm Al Quwain
• Ras Al Khaimah (remote area surcharge applies — see Section 3)
• Al Ain (remote area surcharge applies — see Section 3)
• Fujairah (remote area surcharge applies — see Section 3)

2. Standard Delivery Charges

Order Value	Delivery Charge
Orders under 300 AED	30 AED flat delivery fee
Orders 300 AED and above	Free delivery

3. Remote Area Surcharge

Orders delivered to the following remote areas incur an additional 30 AED taxi fee, on top of the standard delivery charge (where applicable):

• Ras Al Khaimah
• Al Ain
• Fujairah

Example:

• Order under 300 AED delivered to Ras Al Khaimah → 30 AED (standard) + 30 AED (remote area fee) = 60 AED total delivery charge
• Order of 300 AED or more delivered to Al Ain → 30 AED remote area fee only (standard delivery is free)

4. Delivery Timeframes

• Dubai & Sharjah: Same day delivery. Inside Dubai Fast delivery within 3 hours.
• Other Emirates & Remote Areas (Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain, Fujairah): Same day delivery if order before 3pm. Orders after 3pm Next Day delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, weather, or courier availability.

5. Age Verification on Delivery

As our products are age-restricted, our delivery agent may request valid government-issued ID to confirm the recipient is 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if age cannot be verified.
