Terms & Conditions

Welcome to VAPEUAE SHOP. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://vapuaeshop.ae/ (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum legal age for purchasing vaping products in your Emirate, if higher) to use this Site or purchase any products from us.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess vaping products under UAE law.
We reserve the right to request valid government-issued ID at checkout or upon delivery, and to refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be verified.
These products are not intended for non-smokers, minors, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals with underlying health conditions. Vaping products contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or images are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.
Nicotine strength, flavor, and packaging may vary by batch and manufacturer.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or failure to verify age.
All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of order through the payment methods available on the Site. We use secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store your full payment card details.
An order confirmation does not guarantee product availability or acceptance of your order.

4. Delivery

Delivery charges and areas served are outlined in our [Shipping & Delivery Policy], including standard delivery fees, free delivery thresholds, and remote area surcharges for Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain, and Fujairah.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Valid age verification may be required at the point of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if this cannot be confirmed.
Risk and title to products pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Consumable and perishable items (e-liquid and replacement coils, pods, disposables) No returns accepted under any circumstances.
Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used vaping products, e-liquids, and disposable devices cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
To request a return, exchange, or report a defective product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.
Please request a return by contacting us by mail or WhatsApp, and return your items to us at our shop at your own cost.
The replacement items will be shipped back to the customer at his own cost or credited to his account which can be used in any future orders.
Returns will be accepted within 7 days after receiving the product
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us directly. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Vaping products are intended for use by existing adult smokers/vapers only.
We make no medical claims regarding the safety, health benefits, or risks of vaping. You use these products entirely at your own risk.
Keep all products, e-liquids, and batteries out of reach of children and pets.
Follow manufacturer instructions for device charging, maintenance, and e-liquid handling. We are not liable for misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow safety instructions.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE law
Provide false information, including false age or identity information
Attempt to resell products purchased from us without authorization
Interfere with the security, functionality, or performance of the Site
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our written permission
Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design — is the property of VAPEUAE SHOP or its licensors and is protected under applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law:

VAPEUAE SHOP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

10. Privacy
